You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our services or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software or games
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with our games or services
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, text, audio, and software, is the property of Pneuma Interactive and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4. User Accounts & Leaderboards
Some features, such as leaderboards and global rankings, may require identification through the Solana Seeker platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
5. In-Game Content
Virtual items, cores, ranks, and other in-game content are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove in-game content at any time. In-game assets have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pneuma Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
